Mate

Mate* is an early-stage startup company, based in Manchester, UK that develops an innovative online tool, helping architects and constructors calculate and visualise important schemes, using fully-automated AI algorithms.

Our concept was to create a wordmark logo that uses a non-standard font, using taller and shorter letters, symbolizing different buildings.

The “*” is used both as an icon for the brand and as a main pattern element. The star symbol makes “mate” associate with excellence. We’ve developed 2 color palletes – dark and light.
